3. How to Return a Product

3.1 Step-by-Step Process

  2. Receive RMA Number: We will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging
  4. Include RMA Number: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions
  6. Confirmation: We will email you once we receive and process your return

3.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

7. International Returns

For international orders:

8. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription:

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your next shipment
  • Cancellations are effective immediately
  • No refunds for shipments already processed

9. Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit which:

  • Provides an additional 10% bonus on the refund amount
  • Never expires
  • Can be used for any future purchase
  • Is transferable to friends or family

10. Quality Guarantee

All our products come with a quality guarantee. If you experience any quality issues within the product's expiration date, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
